2. Hosting and technical provision

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed, such as your IP address, date and time, the requested page and browser information, in order to provide the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in secure operation and prevention of misuse.

3. Contact form and enquiries

If you use the enquiry form, the information you enter is processed. This includes, in particular, your name, email address, wedding date, destination, number of guests, message and optional information such as your telephone number.

The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry, communicate with you and prepare a possible contract.

Legal bases:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken prior to entering into a contract; and
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the consent given through the checkbox in the form.

4. Submission through Web3Forms

When you submit the form, the information entered is transmitted directly from your browser to the form service Web3Forms at api.web3forms.com. Web3Forms processes the form data and technically necessary connection data in order to deliver the enquiry.

Transmission is encrypted. Further information about processing by the provider is available in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

5. Storage period

Enquiry data is stored only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, conduct subsequent communication and, where applicable, comply with statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted or its processing is restricted.

6. Recipients of data

Data is disclosed only where technically necessary, such as for hosting or server operation, or where required by law. Where necessary, data-processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR are concluded with service providers.

7. WhatsApp link

The website includes a WhatsApp chat button. You are redirected to WhatsApp only after actively clicking the link. From that point onwards, WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply.

8. Use of Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to evaluate the website’s use and performance. Google Analytics is loaded only if you consent to the statistics category through the consent banner.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Usage data such as pages visited, technical device information, truncated or otherwise processed IP information and interactions with the website may be processed. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out and, where required, takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards or an adequacy decision.

Google signals for advertising and remarketing are activated only if you also consent to the marketing category. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time with future effect through the cookie and consent settings.

9. Embedded YouTube videos

Videos from YouTube are announced on this website through locally stored preview images. Merely opening the page does not establish a connection to YouTube. Only when you actively select a player is the video loaded through youtube-nocookie.com.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Loading the player may process, in particular, your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and interactions with the video. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Privacy-enhanced mode reduces the use of cookies but does not completely prevent data transfer when a video is actively played.

The legal basis is your active consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent applies to the player you activate. Without a click, the locally stored preview images remain visible and the YouTube player is not loaded.

10. No external font CDNs

This website does not load fonts from external font CDNs such as fonts.googleapis.com. The fonts used are provided locally.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.

You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

12. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
